Join me on Tuesdays at 6pm or early Friday mornings at 7am to kick off your weekend with a grounding practice.
During this class we'll perform the same sequence of poses aiming to merge each movement with deep breathing. As this is my first time teaching - outside of my 200hr course. I do want to mention I am not a certified yogi (yet), practicing with you will help me find my groove.

Everyone. This practice is for anyone with a need for movement in their life. If you are seeking a full-body workout, inner cleansing, and a clear mind, an Ashtanga class could be perfect for you. Open to all levels. Beginner friendly.
