Self Love is the Best Love; Especially During Covid

I think we can all agree that this has been one hell of a year. If I'm wrong, please feel free to exit out, but this chat is well needed. Yes, this hasn't been the year we all hoped for, however, quarantining has provided a moment of a pause on the day to day stress that life sometimes gifts us. When we were told to shelter in with loved ones, a lot of us had mixed thoughts on how it would go, yet one thing was for certain, we’d all be spending more time with ourselves. Something that seemed like a luxury in our fast-paced world now became the new norm.

What were some ways you decided to show yourself some love?
